工作內容 We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and expanding Web3 business operations and driving the adoption of the Web3 gaming platform. This role involves client relationship management, product introductions, contract negotiations, and product delivery. We welcome candidates from all regions, but preference will be given to those fluent in either Chinese or English.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Development - Develop new clients through online channels and offline exhibition events.
2. Client Management and Pre-Sales -Manage client needs and contract tracking, assist product managers in responding to potential client inquiries about products.
3. In-Sales - Assist account managers in tracking product progress, conduct product training, and verify client products before delivery.
4. Post-Sales - Regularly analyze and organize client data files, maintain the database, complete reports, and track and communicate client needs.
5. Strategic Partnerships - Develop strategic partnership plans to drive Web3 gaming ecosystem growth, establish relationships with gaming companies, blockchain projects, and other potential partners, and maintain long-term partnerships.
6. Additional Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure that product collaterals in both Chinese and English reflect the latest product information. Assist in planning events and promoting products and brands during physical exhibitions. - Work with the admin and legal teams to ensure business development in target markets complies with local regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business development within the Web3 or gaming industry. - Familiar with blockchain, Web3, NFT, finance, and related fields, with relevant work experience or industry connections. - Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally, with strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience with or basic understanding of CRM systems. - Able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an advertising agency, B2B in-house brand marketing, or blockchain gaming project planning. - Experience in cross-industry partnerships or collaborations related to blockchain technology, NFT, Web3, and gaming.
