Job Description: 1.Content Management: (1)Content Planning and Creation: Develop and execute content strategies for various platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to ensure alignment with the company’s brand tone and appeal to the target audience. (2)Social Media Account Management: Maintain and operate the company’s social media accounts, regularly posting content, interacting with followers, and responding to comments and messages to enhance brand visibility and engagement. (3)Fluent Communication and Company Presentation: Clearly and fluently introduce the company and its products to potential clients and partners, effectively communicating the brand’s value and enhancing market recognition. 2.Marketing and User Growth: (1)Marketing Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including content marketing, brand promotion, and user engagement activities to increase brand awareness and user retention. (2)User Growth and Data Analysis: Analyze social media performance through data insights, optimize content and marketing strategies to achieve user growth objectives. (3)Completion of other work assignments as arranged by the leadership.
Qualifications: 1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields (e.g., Marketing, Media, International Relations). 2.Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in new media operations or related fields. Experience in multinational companies or international market operations is preferred. 3.Language Skills: Native or near-native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to fluently introduce and present the company and its products, and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
