Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee engagement, and handling day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Handle performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.
Compensation: $4k-$7k/ month
Base: HK🇭🇰 (Remote/Onsite)
