Job Responsibilities We are looking for Business Development. This role may require traveling for client meetings. Responsibilities: ● Based on the customer profile, expand the network and grow the client base through events or online activities. ● Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients. ● Proactively monitor industry trends and stay informed about industry developments. ● Complete daily tasks for customer service on the official website, actively understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions. ● Educate clients to equip them with the knowledge required to make informed decisions. ● Establish strategic partnerships with our product distribution channels. ● Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, as well as client acquisition tactics, to achieve sales targets and drive new business growth. ● Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and regularly report on revenue performance and progress toward targets. ● Collaborate with specialists in product, data, and technology to maximize client satisfaction throughout their journey.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Age: Post-1997. ● Major: English major, with a preference for those with a background in studying in the United States.For non-English majors, proficiency in English as a working language is required. ● They should be self-driven, able to regularly contact and follow up with clients, and demonstrate persistence, consistency, and excellent time management skills. ● Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report and establish credibility with clients. ●The candidate should be sales-oriented, results-driven, and skilled in relationship-building and client service, capable of working under pressure, both independently and as a part of the team. ● Willingness to adapt to global travel. ● Have a certain understanding or strong interest in the Web3 industry.And 6 months working experiences in blockchain and Web3 industry is a plus
