**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Developer Ecosystem Construction:

Responsible for planning and implementing developer ecosystem construction strategies, attracting developers and project parties from around the world to settle in the VN Bot platform, and encouraging them to develop applications such as bot applets.

Work closely with the technical team to provide developers with a friendly developer environment (SDK, API support, etc.) to ensure smooth technical docking.

2. Partner Development and Management:

Proactively explore potential developers and project parties, establish cooperative relationships, and promote them to develop applications on the platform to jointly promote the innovation and expansion of the VN search engine.

Manage existing partnerships to ensure their long-term cooperation with the platform, communicate regularly and promote project progress.

3. Developer Community Operation:

Design and operate an active developer community, attract and support developers by holding online and offline activities (such as hackathons, developer conferences, technical training, etc.).

Responsible for establishing developer forums, blogs, technical discussion groups, etc. to promote knowledge sharing and cooperation among developers.

4. Incentive Mechanism and Support System:

Design developer incentive mechanisms, launch reward plans suitable for developers (such as Token incentives, developer competitions, financial support, etc.), and encourage innovation and high-quality application development.

Provide technical support to developers, coordinate the technical team to solve the problems encountered by developers, and ensure smooth cooperation.

5. Business strategy and marketing:

Develop and implement business cooperation strategies for developers to ensure that the platform's developer ecosystem can continue to expand and generate value.

Promote the platform's developer environment through marketing activities, partner promotion, social media and other channels to attract more developers and project parties to pay attention and participate.

6. Industry analysis and competition research:

Conduct market analysis in the fields of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized applications (DApp), understand industry trends, study competitors' developer strategies, and ensure the company's competitive advantage in the developer ecosystem.

Regularly report to management on the operation of the developer ecosystem and the results of cooperation, and make suggestions for improvement.


**Job requirements:**

1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management, computer science or related majors.
2. More than 3 years of business operation or developer ecosystem operation experience, with experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralized applications preferred.
3. Have rich experience in developer cooperation and expansion, and be able to independently plan and execute developer cooperation projects.
4. Familiar with developer tools and technology stack, have a certain technical background, and be able to communicate smoothly with the technical team and developers.
5. Have strong business negotiation and communication skills, and be able to establish long-term cooperative relationships with developers and project parties.
6. Have experience in developer community operation, and be able to increase developer participation through event planning and incentive mechanisms.
7. Fluent in English, able to communicate and cooperate with global developers and project parties.


Salary Range: $4,000 to $8,000
