Position Summary
As an Integration Engineer at Native, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless connections between our API solutions and client systems, ensuring secure and reliable data flow while making client onboarding smooth and stress-free. Part of your work will involve developing self-service tools to help our team work smarter and troubleshooting issues to keep our systems reliable. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve our API functionality based on client needs, and you’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, helping them get the most out of our solutions. Plus, you’ll represent Native at industry events, sharing our vision and building community connections.
Job Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect Native’s APIs to clients’ systems, ensuring reliable data flow and security. Collaborate with clients' technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, supporting a smooth onboarding experience.
Oversee and enhance the audit process for all inbound and outbound Workday integrations, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with payroll systems. Document integration models and improve monitoring practices to reduce errors and increase system reliability.
Familiarize yourself with other core business system integrations, such as Salesforce and NetSuite, to support cohesive functionality across the organization. Contribute to the development of self-service automation capabilities, empowering Native employees to streamline workflows.
Engage in proactive root cause analysis of integration errors, focusing on enhancing instrumentation and observability for continuous improvement. Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine API capabilities based on client feedback and integration challenges.
Build strong relationships with partners and potential clients, driving integration leads and creating conversion strategies. Represent Native at industry events and in developer communities to promote our solutions, ensuring a positive builder experience through effective outreach and technical advocacy.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
0-3+ years of software product management experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in Python and Solidity, with expertise in Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers, web3) and backend development.
