We are seeking a Web3 Recruiter fluent in Chinese to source and hire top talent for Web3 and blockchain roles. This is a remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit for Web3 and blockchain roles globally.
Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage hiring processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Requirements:
Proven recruiting experience in Web3 or blockchain sectors.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
