Job Description:

As a Crypto Operations Intern, you will assist in supporting our day-to-day cryptocurrency operations, including transaction monitoring, data analysis, and assisting with platform management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monitoring and verifying cryptocurrency transactions on our platform.
• Support the operations team in tracking and resolving operational issues.
• Analyze data related to user activity, transactions, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with the team on wallet management, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist with compliance checks and documentation for regulatory purposes.
• Help optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in cross-team meetings to coordinate on operational and technical matters.
• Provide support in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues with crypto wallets and exchanges.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency space.
