Responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor cryptocurrency transactions on various platforms
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions while adhering to established procedures
3. Manage crypto wallets and addresses, including the creation, monitoring, and security of digital wallets
4. Implement best practices for wallet security and encryption
5. Provide support to customers regarding cryptocurrency transactions, wallet management, and general inquiries
6. Assist in addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
7. Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrency operations
8. Implement and follow security protocols to safeguard digital assets and transactions. Monitor cryptocurrency markets and stay informed about market trends, price movements, and relevant news
9. Contribute insights to relevant teams based on market observations
10. Reconcile cryptocurrency transactions and resolve any discrepancies
11. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records.
12. Maintain detailed records of cryptocurrency transactions, wallet activity, and customer interactions
13. Ensure compliance with the record-keeping and reporting requirements
14. Identify and assess risks associated with cryptocurrency operations
15. Implement risk mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed
16. Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, legal, and technology, to enhance operational efficiency
17. Contribute to cross-functional projects as required

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency operations, financial services, or a related industry.
3. Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital wallet management.
4. Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrency operations.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
