岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1. 定向市场内招聘渠道的拓展和维护；Expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels within the target market;
2. 各需求岗位的定时、定期发布、更新和资料收集等；Timed and regular posting, updating and collection of information for each demanded position, etc;
3. 定期筛选、筛查人选简历，并第一时间完成简历推荐工作；Regularly screen and sift candidates' resumes and completeresume referrals in the first instance;
4. 即时保持与所负责用人部门的沟通，确保招聘工作开展的必要性和有效性；
Maintain immediate communication with the responsible hiring department to ensure the necessity and effectiveness of the recruitment process;
5. 时刻配合部门其他同事达成招聘工作等。Always cooperate with other colleagues in the department to achieve the recruitment work.

任职要求

1. 同岗位/BC行业内任职经验不少于 2 年；
