岗位职责：
1、负责目标国家或区域的本地化业务战略及策略打法的制定、实施和完善，推动公司业务目标的达成。
2、负责拓展本地的现货及KOL渠道合作及商务关系，通过B端各策略最终引流C端用户的增长。
3、主导本地各类市场线上线下活动的策划与推广实施，协同全球市场品牌推广一致性计划的落地。
4、组建与管理本地团队，确保团队整体营收或ROI目标的达成。
5、协助推动完善公司各业务产品。
Job responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of localization business strategy and tactical play in target countries or regions, to promote the company's business objectives.
2、Responsible for expanding local spot and KOL channel cooperation and business relationships, through the B-side of the various strategies ultimately lead to the growth of C-side users.
3、Lead the planning and implementation of online and offline activities in various local markets, and collaborate with the global market to promote the brand consistency program.
