We are seeking a Marketing Analyst. Your mandate will be to improve the decision velocity of the entire Marketing org with actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations. You will partner with Product, Data, and other Marketing teams to find novel ways of measuring marketing performance without compromising on our web3 values and commitment to privacy. Your work will inform our go-to-market strategies and help to attract the next billion users to web3.What You Will Do:Partner with stakeholders from across the Marketing org to craft measurement plans for their initiatives and report out on the success of and learnings from those initiativesProactively identify opportunities to improve the return on marketing investments, providing actionable recommendations to key decision makers and following up to measure the impact of your recommendationsWork across our Marketing stack - including Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel, Looker, HubSpot, and Sprinklr - to make sure your stakeholders have access to the information and feedback they need to optimize owned, earned, and paid media campaignsDesign and implement process and tooling improvement to improve collaboration in a virtual environment and increase team productivityWrite ad hoc queries for exploratory data analysis, and work with the Marketing Analytics Engineer to turn valuable ad hoc queries into scalable data pipelines for self-serve reportingExpose Marketing data sets from the data warehouse in Looker as views and exploresBuild Looker dashboards as trusted sources of truth for key operating metrics and performance indicatorsPrepare both recurring and adhoc reports and presentations for senior leadership, including the Chief Marketing Officer, and leverage your data visualization and storytelling skills to influence decision makingWould be great if you brought this to the roleIntrinsically motivated, intellectually curious, and aligned with the Consensys mission and valuesConversant in attribution, customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling and other core concepts from marketing analytics and site analyticsCompelling storyteller and effective communicator, both written and verbalAdept at using data visualizations to convey a density of information with a paucity of means; Looker experience a plusProficient in SQL; experience with another quantitative programming language such as Python also desirableProven success working on cross-functional teams and managing concurrent projects with multiple stakeholdersComfortable navigating through both complexity and ambiguity to maximize your impactClear interest in blockchain and web3Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics or Economics or equivalent on-the-job experience
