Job Description:

We are looking for a Web3 Product Manager to join our team to develop and manage products for our project. The ideal candidate should have a passion for blockchain and decentralized technologies and a track record of building and launching successful digital products.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage the product roadmap, including identifying market needs, defining product vision, and executing product strategy

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business development to develop new products and features

-Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and iterate on features to optimize performance

-Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions

-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Web3 technologies and identify new opportunities for growth

-Work with external partners and stakeholders to integrate their solutions and products with our platform

-Develop product pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure profitability

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

-2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or Web3 technologies

-Strong technical understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies

-Experience in Agile development methodologies

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
