1. 负责处理和开展与员工、公司的签证、许可证、执照、登记有关的所有事务,与各政府部门和机构联络; 2. 定期更新劳工和移民信息,并通过提出最佳建议来支持人力资源部门的实践,以便更快、更高效地获得居留许可、工作签证; 3. 确保更新所有商业和贸易许可证,跟进官方批准和许可,以防止不必要的违规行为; 4. 应对紧急法务问题并出计划案; 5. 为公司员工提供法律培训,确保员工了解公司政策和相关法律法规; 6. 起草、审查和修改合同,以确保公司的权益得到保护。 1.Responsible for handling and conducting all affairs related to employees, company visas, permits, licenses, and registrations, and liaising with various government departments and agencies. 2.Regularly update labor and immigration information and provide the best recommendations to support the practices of the Human Resources department, in order to obtain residency permits and working visas faster and more efficiently. 3.Ensure the renewal of all business and trade licenses, follow up on official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations. 4.Deal with urgent legal issues and develop action plans. 5.Provide legal training for company employees to ensure they understand company policies and relevant laws and regulations. 6.Draft, review, and modify contracts to ensure the protection of the company's interests.
